If you are interested in being a producer for Bedford Underwriters, you will need to perform the following simple steps:
1. Fill out the Producer Agreement form.
2. Sign and date the Producer Agreement.
3. Fax the following items to 920-892-8980.
- Producer Agreement
- Copy of your current agent's license for your home state
- Copy of your E & O declarations page
